Before you create the event
First, set up your Google Form and Sheet. You'll need the Sheet URL on step 3.
Create a new Google FormOne required short-answer question: "What's your question for the panel?" No name or email field. Keep it frictionless. Full instructions are in SETUP_GUIDE.md.
Connect responses to a new Google SheetIn the form's Responses tab, click the green Sheets icon, choose "Create a new spreadsheet."
Share the Sheet publicly, view onlyIn the Sheet, click Share, change General access to "Anyone with the link: Viewer". This is the #1 thing people forget. Without it the dashboard stays empty.
Copy the Sheet URLFrom your browser's address bar. It should start with https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/. Have it ready for step 3.

Event basics
This is what your moderator sees at the top of the dashboard.
At least 4 characters. Easy to type on stage is better than fancy. "panel2026" is fine. Share with your team only.
Connect your Google Sheet
Paste the URL from your browser's address bar while viewing the Sheet. Remember, Sheet must be "Anyone with the link: Viewer" or the dashboard stays empty.
The AI uses this to cluster questions more intelligently. Can be left blank and added later from the Setup tab inside the event.
